Hi, I’m Mayuri Gite, a curious soul with a traveller’s heart.
I’ve always been drawn to the thrill of discovering somewhere new, unfamiliar streets, breathtaking landscapes, different cultures, local stories and those unexpected moments that make a journey unforgettable.
My travels have taken me across 15 Indian states, from the coastal beauty of the Andaman and Nicobar Islands to the diverse landscapes of Maharashtra, Rajasthan and Kerala, through the Seven Sister states of Northeast India, and beyond India to Iceland.
But here’s what travelling has taught me: sometimes, you don’t travel just to see a new place. You travel to see your own life differently.
Away from the noise, the deadlines, the expectations and the familiar routine, something shifts. You begin to notice what truly matters. You discover what you’ve been missing, what deserves more attention, and what you might want to change.
A mountain sunrise, a conversation with a stranger, getting lost in an unfamiliar town or simply sitting beside the sea can give you a kind of clarity that everyday life rarely leaves room for.
For me, travel is about more than ticking destinations off a bucket list. It’s about curiosity, perspective, freedom and the little discoveries that stay with you long after you’ve returned home.
